Intelligent construction is based on the modern general information technology and supported by the digital technology in the construction field to realize the integration and collaboration of the construction process,and promote the industrialization,service-oriented and platform-based transformation of the engineering construction,so as to deliver the green engineering products that are people-oriented.
The field of intelligent construction technology is mainly divided into four aspects:the first is the multi-dimensional digital modeling and simulation technology of engineering;the second is the digital site and digital operation and maintenance based on the Internet of Things;the third is the intelligent decision-making driven by big data of engineering;and the fourth is the improvement of efficiency of automated and intelligent construction machinery.At present,the application of BIM technology and intelligent site application in the domestic construction industry has begun to take shape and effect,and the application of engineering big data and intelligent building robot is gradually promoted.
As one of the earliest large-scale state-owned construction enterprises in China to participate in the development of green construction system standards and the construction of smart construction sites,Shaanxi Construction Five Construction Group has continued to increase the investment in BIM technology application and digital construction in recent years.It has won 62 BIM awards of various kinds and 18 national BIM awards,ranking first among provincial state-owned enterprises in China.The self-developed intelligent site management platform and subsystem won two software Copyrights and two typical cases of informatization in the engineering construction industry,and served as the observation site of the 15th Conference on the Development of Informatization in the engineering construction industry and other related activities.
