In order to further respect the"initiative spirit"of the employees,stimulate their innovation vitality,mobilize their independent innovation initiative,and create a good atmosphere of"drilling business,seeking innovation and improving skills",the trade union of the group company and the technical center organized the"five small"activity results conference of the employees on September 28.Specially invited technical quality experts Zhang Xijing,Zhang Shaobin,Zhang Qing as the release of the activity review experts.A total of 11"five small"achievements from 6 grassroots units participated in this release.The chairman of the trade union of the relevant grass-roots units and the main participants of the results attended the meeting.The press conference is presided over by Chen Xihong,vice chairman of the trade union of the group company and director of women workers.
At the press conference,the main accomplices of the"Five Minor Activities"presented their"Five Minor Activities"through PPT presentation,and expounded their"Five Minor Activities"from the aspects of topic selection background,invention purpose,invention idea,working principle,application effect,etc.The declared achievements involved construction technology innovation,technical inventions,construction process simplification and other types.The evaluation expert group will ask questions and comment on the declared achievements,and put forward suggestions and measures for improvement.In the end,the evaluation group selected three optimal"five small achievements"from the four aspects of originality,practicability,application effect and promotion value of the declared results,which will be promoted to Shaanxi Construction Group by the labor union of the group company.
