1.Introduction of the enterprise
SHAANXI CONSTRUCTION FIFTH CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO.,LTD.(SCEG)is a state-owned holding enterprise group with independent legal personality,which is supervised by SHAANXI SASAC and belongs to SHAANXI CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO.,LTD.The company was founded in 1953,completed the overall restructuring in December 2008,and established an enterprise group in July 2013.Following the national strategic development and seizing the great opportunity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the Group will set up the second headquarters of Shaanxi Construction Five Construction Group in Nanshan District,Shenzhen in 2019,realizing dual headquarters operations in the north and south wings.
With a registered capital of 1.08 billion yuan,the Group has the qualification of construction general contracting,the qualification of engineering design and construction industry(civil air defense engineering,construction engineering),the qualification of municipal public engineering construction general contracting,and the qualification of petrochemical engineering construction general contracting.Five first-class qualifications,including steel structure engineering,building mechanical and electrical installation engineering,fire protection facilities engineering,building decoration and decoration engineering,and professional contracting of ancient building engineering.Meanwhile,the company holds the qualification certificate of foreign contracting project.In 2019,the contract value reached 20.583 billion yuan;Its operating revenue was 10.064 billion yuan,up 25%year on year;The total profit was 230 million yuan,up 39%year on year.
