After several years of exploration in green construction,the Group proposed to cover all new projects in green construction in 2013,marking that the Group has officially stepped into the right track of green construction.Up to now,a total of 140 green construction demonstration projects above provincial level have been declared.
The achievement of the honor has increased the brand influence of the enterprise,improved the recognition of the whole staff to the green construction,and maintained the rapid development of the enterprise under the environment of the"new normal"of China's economy.

Research field

 

1. The Green Construction Technology Research and Development Group has actively participated in a number of green construction project activities within the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, China Construction Association, Shaanxi Construction Association and Shaanxi Construction Group, and has independently developed a number of achievements.

 

 

2.In March 2014,based on the project network management platform GEPS,the Group established the green construction information management platform to conduct online whole-process supervision over the green construction data of all projects of the Company,thus making the data collection,summary and analysis of the construction process more simple and accurate.The computing center of the group company and the network monitoring system enable the company to view the green construction data at the construction site at any time for supervision.

 

 

The project department established a remote control room,managed the construction site by installing wireless network transmitting equipment:set automatic switching time for on-site electrical equipment and lamps,and used mobile phones to monitor the process in real time.

 

 

3.In order to promote the development of green construction,improve the company's overall green construction management level,persist in continuous improvement,and perfect the deficiencies in the implementation process of green construction.
System establishment,clear green construction requirements,set up green construction objectives,green construction scheme,the determination of the system;Process check,data collection and summary;Summarize the effective measures and continue to improve the problems in the implementation process;Analyze the results and compare them with the target value.If the results are not reached,the reasons should be analyzed and corresponding measures should be taken to synchronize management and technology.

Key technology

1.Environmental protection
Dust control measures:spray atomization,exposed soil afforestation,cover control dust
Noise control measures:through the traditional processing workshop(brick-concrete structure,light partition structure)noise measurement,through the experimental research,improve the processing shed envelope material(by the waterproof layer,fire layer,insulation layer,sound-absorbing layer),test sound insulation,sound absorption effect is obvious.
The construction site 24 hours without interruption noise detection,noise beyond the target value,the area will automatically alarm.The responsible person shall analyze the reasons,check the good condition of construction machinery and equipment,reasonably arrange the working procedure and take measures to reduce noise.

2.Material saving and material resource utilization
Construction site standardization:the group unified processing,production of standardized,standardized,tool processing workshop and protection.
Construction site set up component processing workshop,to achieve prefabrication,assembly of the construction.
Spiral stirrup construction technology:through years of summary,we have independently developed the"automatic spiral stirrup bending machine",which replaces the traditional opening stirrup with spiral stirrup,and this technology has won the national invention patent.The use of spiral stirrups improves the seismic strength of buildings,saves the steel consumption and shortens the construction period.

3. Water saving and water resources utilization
Rainwater and waste water recycling and utilization system:establish rainwater,reclaimed water and waste water recycling and utilization system to improve the utilization of water resources and reduce the consumption of water resources.
Roof spray dust removal,cooling and flower watering technology:the living area has established a perfect secondary recovery and utilization system for rainwater,which is recycled to the three-level sedimentation tank.After precipitation,the rainwater is used for watering flowers,roof spray dust removal,cooling and standby fire pool.
Pavement rainwater collection system:steel plate joint buried water channel steel,open drainage ditch is set on both sides of the road.
Water purification system:the groundwater through the water purification equipment filtration,purification,disinfection,into drinking water.

4. Energy conservation and energy utilization
Each region is metered in tables to accurately control energy consumption
Photovoltaic intelligent integrated standard breeding room:photovoltaic power supply is utilized without external power supply.The water temperature of the water circulation system is constant,which reduces heat loss and saves water,improves the thermal insulation performance,and the thermal insulation coefficient reaches 0.21.
Automatic supervision system of electricity consumption:intelligent electricity meters are installed in large machines in the third area of the construction site.If the machine fails,alarm will be given,and statistics and analysis of electricity consumption data will be made to provide a basis for big data.
Air energy hot water system:the air energy hot water system has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving.With the same hot water production volume as the basis,the use cost is 1/4 of the electric water heater of the same capacity and 1/3 of the gas water heater.It is high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.

5. Land conservation and land resource protection
Through BIM technology reasonable planning and layout of the site,dynamic control,reduce the construction site temporary construction land.
Forever combined:the group to increase efforts to promote the combination of Forever combined technology,firefighting Forever combined;Rain,sewage network and septic tank permanent combination;The combination of road and hardening field can greatly reduce waste generation,save construction period and reduce investment cost.

Successful cases

 

After the project entered the site,through a full understanding of the project,a complete set of plans were put forward to the owner.The first stage:the office and living area should be built on the greening without excavation and pipelines,and the greening should be implemented according to the design part.
The second stage:the basement and the main construction stage,the earthwork backfill,outdoor pipe network,outdoor overall(community road,parking lot,fitness ground)to the base,as a temporary construction site,the rest of the road according to the design for greening vegetation.
The third stage:during the decoration construction,the basic outdoor construction is completed,and part of the area is constructed to the base as the construction site.

 

Honor

 

In 2015,the Group won two gold and two silver prizes in Shaanxi Provincial Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Standard Competition;Won a gold medal in the national energy conservation and emission reduction competition.
