 At present,the business scope of investment projects includes operating investment projects,infrastructure and housing construction projects,and urban comprehensive construction investment projects,including equity investment projects to obtain the above-mentioned investment projects.Investment projects in infrastructure and housing construction include public-private partnership(PPP)projects,investment and financing construction projects and investment and cooperation projects of government platform companies.Public-Private Partnership(PPP)projects are infrastructure and housing projects that are invested in the PPP model.Investment and financing construction projects mainly include non-PPP infrastructure investment projects(light rail,intercity railway,etc.),government repurchase projects(public rental housing,resettlement housing and other housing construction projects).  I.On July 9,2018,the"Yijin Huo Luo Banner Education Infrastructure PPP Project",which was jointly bid by Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.and Shaanxi Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Group Co.,Ltd.,won the bid successfully.This project is located in ordos city,ejin horo banner,Inner Mongolia autonomous region with a total investment of about 663.79 million yuan,contains seven sub projects,six schools respectively and a dormitory,a total construction area of 159482.44 square meters,the cooperation term for 10 years,the reward system for government payment method,is one of the major huimin project of ejin horo banner,Inner Mongolia autonomous region.II.On May 9,2019,the"Comprehensive Reconstruction PPP Project of Xiaoyan Pagoda Historical and Cultural Area"bid by Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.and Xi'an City Wall Cultural Investment and Development Co.,Ltd.won the bid.This project is located in the small wild goose pagoda history culture for comprehensive reform area,with a total investment of 2.6519924 billion yuan,a total construction area of 165000 square meters,the operation mode of BOT,cooperation period of 20 years,reward system for users to pay gap allowance+feasibility,is a major cultural ecological engineering,to improve the site protection,improve the regional environment,It is of great significance to promote economic development.As the commercial unit of the project,Shaanxi Construction Five Construction Group participated in the investment,financing and construction of the project. |

On June 4, 2020, Guoxin-Anyuan-Lianyirong Supply Chain Finance Phase I Asset Support Special Plan was successfully established in Shanghai Stock Exchange. The core enterprises of this special plan are Shaanxi Construction Group and Shaanxi Construction Five Group, and it is the first ABS supply chain for construction enterprises in Northwest China. The storage scale of this special plan project is 2.5 billion yuan, and the coupon rate of the first phase is 3.0%. The successful issuance of this project is also in response to the call of the state, supporting qualified enterprises in the western region to finance through asset securitization products.
